Susan Black-Lowe

Assistant Town Clerk

Mrs. Black-Lowe began her employment with the town as a police and fire dispatcher in 2002. She has served as dispatcher, administrative assistant to the police department, and part-time assistant clerk. In 2011 she was hired as the full time assistant town clerk. She attended Red Bank High School and is a graduate of Chattanooga Valley High School. She assists with payroll, business license revenue, invoicing, and purchase orders among many other duties. She resides with her family in Pisgah, Alabama.
